The safety of your child is of utmost importance to Graco®. From time to time, we will issue communications to alert parents to a potential safety issue or recall.
Some notifications ask consumers to contact us for a kit to correct the problem free of charge. Others
ask that the product be brought back to the store where purchased and returned for either a refund or
exchange. If you have registered a product with Graco®, either on this Web site or by mailing in a card,
we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you (for example by sending a letter to you at the address
to which you've registered the product).

If you are one of the families affected by the Simplicity recall, please call 1-888-593-9274. And to the families who have recently purchased a Graco® crib, we want to assure you that NO Graco® cribs currently available on the market are affected by the recall of Simplicity cribs. The licensing agreement between Graco Children’s Products Inc. and Simplicity Inc. ended on December 31, 2005. As of January 2007, Graco® began selling cribs made by a different manufacturer, La Jobi Industries. To confirm that you have a crib manufactured by La Jobi, we encourage you to refer to your owner’s manual. At Graco® we strive to provide safe products to help you throughout your parenthood journey.
